Timp Hike

Blast you camera...it will have to do.

Started out at 6:30

At the time a little daunting to think we'd be above

those peaks in the center in a few hours.

The fog rolled in and made this stream

drop off to no where

forgot our snow shoes...

Surprisingly it was less cold then down below

less wind or more work exerted?

This was as good as it got for us. Considering

it was our first hike of the year I felt fine taking in the

views and turning back without reaching the summit.

Just for the records we were 40 minutes away from the

top There was a crowd starting to form around the

narrow parts of the trail and clouds were rolling in, plus wind and ice.

Better safe then tenderized!
