Tomorrow starts something new

For the next 90 days I'll be doing at least a few things consistently. The newest is
!p90x!
I told myself I had a window of 8 months to transistion into having
2 children, no commitments, no regimens.
Relax and enjoy the short time I have when Rocco is an infant.
The little man will be 8 months in 4 days!
So for the next 90 days I'll be exercising on a regular basis and getting back the food habits I somewhat once had previous to Rocco coming to our family.
Wish me luck!
I'm determined to do it, mainly because Locke says I struggle with being
consistent and it will only be a P10x (I'll only do it for 10 days)
I am one to take on a challenge and unfortunately it's one I think Locke is right about, but I'm up for it. Pictures will be taken at 30 day intervals...sorry won't post them on the blog :)

  1. Good luck, P90X is awesome. The longest I ever made it was 2 weeks, but they were a good two weeks then I started running instead. You look great no matter what too!!

  2. oh come on. If you can post a picture of Locke in your bathrobe surely we can root you on in your px90 progress. just post the pictures :)

  3. Do your best and forget the rest!! It's an awesome program. I had lost 7 pounds in the first month I did it... then I stopped (due to holidays and such) and gained it all back. :( But now I too am back in action!

  4. Good luck! I want to know how the whole program works for you because I didn't want to committ to the whole program (I don't like working out that much :)!! I usually just do the Cardio X workout and it's pretty good.
