Beautiful day to Hike up American Fork Canyon. Locke's Uncle's family was in town and invited us to Timpanogas Caves. We couldn't resist a chance to hike. Thank you YAYA for spending time with Armanie. She wouldn't have made and I don't think Locke or my legs would have either if she came as we would have HAD to carry her
Rocco and I climbed this mile long paved trail. Good practice for the hike to the top of Mount Timpanogas (Locke and I will be doing this one without children).
The caves were great. A lot to see and a few tight spots. Rocco did great! Kept me warm it was probably 50 degrees in the caves.
Overall it was a great Labor Day. It was great to have so much family in town!! Rather to live close to so much family.
